{"id":1048,"date":"2015-04-28T09:00:01","date_gmt":"2015-04-28T07:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/?p=1048"},"modified":"2023-06-01T11:30:08","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T09:30:08","slug":"emociones-colectivas-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/en\/emociones-colectivas-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Emociones colectivas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Me gustar\u00eda proponeros en esta ocasi\u00f3n la lectura del libro de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ovidioisavia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ovidio Pe\u00f1alver<\/a>,<\/strong> \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/isavia.com\/quienes-somos\/ovidio-penalver\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Emociones Colectivas<\/strong><\/a>\u201d, que me ha parecido muy acertado en sus reflexiones sobre las emociones que se generan en grupos a los que pertenecemos, (<strong>sistemas<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>El <a title=\"Coaching de equipos\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/10\/coaching-de-equipos\/\"><strong>conocer<\/strong> y <strong>aprender a gestionar<\/strong><\/a> estas emociones de forma eficiente es una <strong>clave para el \u00e9xito<\/strong> de nuestras <strong>relaciones<\/strong> con los miembros de estos equipos y para la <strong>consecuci\u00f3n de los objetivos<\/strong> propuestos, (profesionales y\/o personales).<\/p>\n<p>Os detallo algunas de las <strong>ideas<\/strong> que considero m\u00e1s relevantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cualquier miembro de un sistema tiene <strong>derecho<\/strong> a pertenecer a \u00e9l. Este derecho conlleva tambi\u00e9n la <strong>obligaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de aportar esfuerzo y apoyo. En nuestros sistemas familiares este derecho es de por vida, (siempre ser\u00e9 el padre, hijo o hermano), mientras que en el resto de sistemas, profesionales y sociales, puede ser temporal. Los <strong>balances<\/strong> <strong>desequilibrados<\/strong> en los sistemas suscitan el descontento y los sentimientos de culpa, pidiendo una <strong>compensaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. A su vez, los sistemas toman y dan constantemente de otros sistemas, garantizando su supervivencia el <strong>equilibrio<\/strong> de estos intercambios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>En el \u00e1mbito profesional, la organizaci\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo \u201c<strong>piensa<\/strong>\u201d, (genera y gestiona informaci\u00f3n y datos), sino que tambi\u00e9n \u201c<strong>quiere<\/strong>\u201d, (declara la voluntad de conseguir retos y objetivos) y \u201c<strong>siente<\/strong>\u201d, (vive en un trasfondo emocional, que facilita o dificulta sus resultados).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>El <strong>estado emocional<\/strong> de un sistema expande o contrae el <a title=\"La gesti\u00f3n del talento\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/04\/la-gestion-del-talento\/\"><strong>talento<\/strong> <\/a>del mismo, influyendo en su <strong>desempe\u00f1o<\/strong> y resultado. Es como si la variable \u201csentir\u201d tuviera un efecto multiplicador sobre las variables \u201csaber\u201d y \u201cquerer\u201d, impulsando o limitando poderosamente las posibilidades del sistema. Parece l\u00f3gico, pues, aspirar a gestionar esas emociones colectivas, lo que supone actuar en lo que va a ser factible o no, en el espacio de posibilidades del sistema.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Los estados de \u00e1nimo de un grupo se relacionan con los<strong> juicios colectivos<\/strong> que sus integrantes emiten acerca de lo que ocurre en el sistema y en su entorno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo estamos <strong>funcionando<\/strong>? \u00bfC\u00f3mo es nuestra <strong>organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>? \u00bfCompensa el <strong>esfuerzo y dedicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que aportamos? \u00bfSe percibe <strong>justicia distributiva<\/strong>? \u00bfCada uno ocupa <strong>su lugar<\/strong>? \u00bfTenemos una <strong>visi\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>expectativas<\/strong> que nos ilusionen?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Si a veces es dif\u00edcil tener clara una visi\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito individual, m\u00e1s lo suele ser en el \u00e1mbito colectivo. Se tienen que <strong>aunar las voluntades y corazones<\/strong> de varias o muchas personas, lo cual requiere, adem\u00e1s, pericia y grandes dosis de <strong>impacto e influencia<\/strong> en el momento de comunicarse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 se puede hacer para<strong> mejorar la emocionalidad<\/strong> de un sistema empresarial? B\u00e1sicamente encontrar el <strong>equilibrio<\/strong> entre el rol de <strong>gestores<\/strong> con el de <strong>l\u00edderes<\/strong>, es decir, estar orientados al cumplimiento de la tarea (gestionar los recursos, planificar, organizar, supervisar el trabajo&#8230;) y al desarrollo de los colaboradores, (formular visiones y retos ilusionantes, generar espacios que motiven, potenciar el talento&#8230;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las <strong>caracter\u00edsticas<\/strong> de un sistema emocionalmente maduro?<\/p>\n<p>1. Existe <strong>autoconocimiento<\/strong> de las emociones y estados de \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n<p>2. Hay una <strong><a title=\"Claves para ser un buen l\u00edder (I)\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/07\/claves-para-ser-un-buen-lider-i\/\">visi\u00f3n <\/a>retante e ilusionante<\/strong>, <strong>compartida<\/strong> y <strong>apoyada<\/strong> por la mayor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>3. Las creencias sobre<strong> misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n y valores<\/strong> est\u00e1n explicitadas y generan cultura real.<\/p>\n<p>4. Se es <strong>consciente<\/strong> de las situaciones de estr\u00e9s o dificultad y se es <strong>flexible<\/strong> a las demandas concretas del entorno.<\/p>\n<p>5. Se apalanca en<strong> \u201canclajes positivos&#8221;,<\/strong> que generan emocionalidad saludable.<\/p>\n<p>6. Se practica en <strong>enfoque m\u00faltiple<\/strong> y el <strong>respeto<\/strong> a la diferencia.<\/p>\n<p>7. Se respeta el <strong>equilibrio<\/strong> entre \u201c<strong>dar y recibir<\/strong>\u201d entre los miembros del sistema.<\/p>\n<p>8. Se gestionan de <strong>forma abierta<\/strong> los <strong>conflictos<\/strong> interpersonales.<\/p>\n<p>9. La <a title=\"El l\u00edder y la comunicaci\u00f3n\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/09\/el-lider-y-la-comunicacion\/\"><strong>comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> <\/a>es abierta y fluida, estimulando la <strong>creatividad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>10.
