En igual sentido, si uno no se conoce, no se controla, no tiene dominio de s\u00ed, es muy dif\u00edcil que se guste, salvo por sugesti\u00f3n y de un modo breve y superficial. El verdadero <strong>autorrespeto<\/strong> proviene del <strong>dominio de s\u00ed,<\/strong> de la verdadera <strong>independencia<\/strong>. Y eso es lo que se trabaja con el primer, segundo y tercer h\u00e1bito. La independencia es un <strong>logro<\/strong>. La <strong>interdependencia<\/strong> s\u00f3lo est\u00e1 al alcance de la gente independiente. A menos que se haya conseguido una independencia real, es in\u00fatil que tratemos de desarrollar habilidades para las relaciones humanas sanas.<\/p>\n<p>Hay seis dep\u00f3sitos fundamentales capaces de construir lo que <a title=\"Stephen Covey\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stephencovey.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Stephen Covey<\/strong> <\/a>en su libro <strong>\u201cLos siete h\u00e1bitos de la gente altamente efectiva\u201d<\/strong> llama una <strong>\u201ccuenta bancaria emocional\u201d<\/strong> sana:<br \/>\n1.- <a title=\"Claves para ser un buen l\u00edder (I)\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/07\/claves-para-ser-un-buen-lider-i\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Comprender al individuo:<\/strong><\/a> procurar realmente comprender, de verdad, a la otra persona.<br \/>\n2.<a title=\"El poder del mindfulness\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2015\/02\/el-poder-del-mindfulness-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>&#8211; Prestar atenci\u00f3n a las peque\u00f1as cosas:<\/strong><\/a> las peque\u00f1as bondades y atenciones son muy importantes. Las peque\u00f1as asperezas, o faltas de respeto tienen impacto importante.<br \/>\n3.- <a title=\"Claves para ser un buen l\u00edder (II)\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/08\/656-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Mantener los compromisos:<\/strong><\/a> las promesas o compromisos son dep\u00f3sitos de suma importancia. El reintegro de m\u00e1s peso es probablemente el hacer una promesa y luego no cumplirla.<br \/>\n4.- <a title=\"El l\u00edder y la comunicaci\u00f3n\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/09\/el-lider-y-la-comunicacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Aclarar las expectativas,<\/strong><\/a> explicarlas, lo que significa para nosotros, que no tiene porqu\u00e9 ser la misma interpretaci\u00f3n de la otra persona.<br \/>\n5.- <a title=\"La empresa que quer\u00eda salvarse\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/07\/la-empresa-que-queria-salvarse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Demostrar la integridad personal.<\/strong> <\/a>Consiste en decir la verdad y tambi\u00e9n en adecuar nuestras palabras a la realidad, mantener las promesas y satisfacer las expectativas. Y adem\u00e1s consiste en ser leales con los que no est\u00e1n presentes.<br \/>\n6.- <a title=\"Emociones colectivas\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2015\/04\/emociones-colectivas-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Disculparse sinceramente cuando se realiza un reintegro.<\/strong><\/a> Pedir perd\u00f3n cuando nos hemos equivocado y hacerlo sinceramente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. CUARTO H\u00c1BITO: Busca que todos ganen<\/strong><br \/>\nEl <strong>paradigma<\/strong> de ganar\/ganar es buscar constantemente el<strong> beneficio mutuo<\/strong> en todas las interacciones humanas. Significa que los acuerdos o soluciones sean <strong>mutuamente satisfactorios,<\/strong> que las dos partes de sientas bien por el acuerdo al que se llegue. Consiste en ver la vida como un <strong>escenario cooperativo<\/strong>, no competitivo. Para ello hay que mantenerse firme en que si no se encuentra este escenario <strong>ganar\/ganar<\/strong> no hay trato.<\/p>\n<p>Para conseguir el acuerdo ganar\/ganar se necesita <a title=\"El Club del Liderazgo\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/06\/el-club-del-liderazgo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>liderazgo interpersonal.<\/strong><\/a> Esto requiere la visi\u00f3n, la iniciativa proactiva y la seguridad, la gu\u00eda, la sabidur\u00eda y el poder que proviene de un liderazgo personal <strong>centrado en principios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Implica adem\u00e1s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Car\u00e1cter<\/strong>: ser firme en nuestras decisiones y actuaciones, ser consecuente con nuestros actos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integridad<\/strong>: tener claro los principios \u00e9ticos que son la base de nuestro comportamiento y actuar de forma coherente con ellos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Madurez<\/strong>: mantener el equilibrio entre coraje y consideraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mentalidad de abundancia:<\/strong> confiar en que en el mundo hay mucho para todos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relaciones<\/strong>: fomentar las interacciones interpersonales de forma constructiva con los dem\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acuerdos<\/strong>: intentar llegar a acuerdos colaborativos con los dem\u00e1s, buscando el resultado que beneficie a las partes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Procesos:<\/strong> la clave de la negociaci\u00f3n de principios consiste en separar la persona y el problema, en centrarse en los intereses y no en las posiciones, en ideas opciones para la ganancia mutua y en insistir en criterios objetivos, alguna norma o principio externos que ambas partes puedan compartir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uno tiene que gustarse a s\u00ed mismo antes de poder gustar a otros.
