QUINTO H\u00c1BITO: Comprende y que te comprendan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La aptitud para la <a title=\"El l\u00edder y la comunicaci\u00f3n\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/09\/el-lider-y-la-comunicacion\/\"><strong>comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> es la m\u00e1s importante de la vida. Pasamos muchos a\u00f1os aprendiendo a leer y a escribir, incluso a hablar&#8230; pero \u00bfcu\u00e1nto tiempo pasamos aprendiendo a escuchar? Si queremos influir en los dem\u00e1s lo primero que tenemos que hacer es <strong>comprenderles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Y la clave es nuestra conducta real, lo que fluye de nosotros, no lo que los otros dicen que somos o lo que queremos que los dem\u00e1s piensen que somos, sino realmente el modo en el que los dem\u00e1s nos perciben, lo que irradiamos, lo que comunicamos. Esto es lo que hace que los dem\u00e1s de forma instintiva conf\u00eden en nosotros.<\/p>\n<p>Como plantea <a title=\"Stephen Covey\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stephencovey.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Stephen Covey<\/strong> <\/a>en su libro,<strong> \u201cLos siete h\u00e1bitos de la gente altamente efectiva\u201d,<\/strong> esto supone un cambio de <a title=\"El coaching y la programaci\u00f3n neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica (I): Las creencias\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/10\/la-programacion-neurolinguistica-i-las-creencias\/\"><strong>paradigma<\/strong><\/a>, ya que normalmente lo que intentamos hacer es que los dem\u00e1s nos comprendan. La mayor parte de las veces no escuchamos para entender, sino para responder. Filtramos lo que escuchamos a trav\u00e9s de nuestros <a title=\"El coaching y la programaci\u00f3n neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica (I): Las creencias\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/10\/la-programacion-neurolinguistica-i-las-creencias\/\"><strong>paradigmas<\/strong><\/a>, a trav\u00e9s de nuestra autobiograf\u00eda. Pero la<strong> escucha emp\u00e1tica<\/strong> es aquella que realmente hacemos con intenci\u00f3n de comprender al otro, con el marco de referencia de la otra persona. Consiste en fijarnos no s\u00f3lo en las palabras, sino en lo que comunica la otra persona con su <strong>lenguaje corporal<\/strong>. No s\u00f3lo es escuchar con los o\u00eddos, sino tambi\u00e9n con los <strong>ojos<\/strong> y con el <strong>coraz\u00f3n<\/strong>. Tratar de comprender los sentimientos, los significados m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las palabras, para <strong>\u201cintuir y sentir\u201d<\/strong> a la otra persona.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de cubrir las necesidades de supervivencia f\u00edsica el ser humano necesita cubrir sus <strong>necesidades psicol\u00f3gicas:<\/strong> ser comprendido, afirmado, valorado, apreciado. Al escuchar y comprender estamos dando ese \u201caire psicol\u00f3gico\u201d que la persona necesita y que afecta a todas las \u00e1reas de la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Los antiguos griegos ten\u00edan una <strong>filosof\u00eda<\/strong> extraordinaria, ellos hablaban de<strong> tres palabras<\/strong> en secuencia:<br \/>\n* <strong>Ethos<\/strong>: es la <strong>credibilidad personal,<\/strong> la fe que la gente tiene en nuestra integridad y competencia. Es la <strong>confianza<\/strong> que inspiramos.<br \/>\n* <strong>Pathos<\/strong>: es el lado <strong>emp\u00e1tico<\/strong>, el <strong>sentimiento<\/strong>, significa alinearse con el <strong>impulso emocional<\/strong> de la comunicaci\u00f3n de la otra persona.<br \/>\n* <strong>Logos<\/strong>: es la <strong>l\u00f3gica<\/strong>, la parte razonada de la exposici\u00f3n.<br \/>\nA veces nos centramos s\u00f3lo en la tercera parte, logos, sin prestar atenci\u00f3n a las otras dos. Pero la secuencia considera de forma ordenada las tres partes.<\/p>\n<p>El intentar primero comprender est\u00e1 en nuestro<strong> c\u00edrculo de control,<\/strong> es el enfoque de <strong>adentro hacia afuera<\/strong>. Cuando uno realmente escucha acaba <strong>dej\u00e1ndose influir.<\/strong> Y \u00e9sa es la clave para poder, a su vez, <strong>influir en otros<\/strong>.
