Te dar\u00e9 en este post una serie de <strong>consejos y recomendaciones<\/strong> para hacer que tu Curriculum Vitae destaque.<\/p>\n<p>Este post forma parte de la serie <span style=\"color: #f48473;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/categoria\/orientacion-profesional\/\"><strong>Orientaci\u00f3n Profesional<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, y hace el n\u00famero 5 de la misma.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">Elabora un buen Curriculum Vitae<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>En los posts anteriores hemos hecho un profundo<strong> an\u00e1lisis de los aspectos claves<\/strong> que nos ayudar\u00e1n a poder hacer ahora <strong>un Curriculum Vitae profesional.<\/strong><br \/>\nAnteriormente hemos reflexionado por escrito sobre estos aspectos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nuestros valores e intereses<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>DAFO personal: fortalezas, \u00e1reas de mejora, competencias, etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Etapas profesionales<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Motivaciones, cambios y decisiones en nuestra trayectoria profesional<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Logros profesionales y personales<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nuestro objetivo profesional<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toda esta informaci\u00f3n es muy valiosa para poder elaborar un buen Curriculum, aunque, por supuesto, no podemos incluirla toda, sino que el paso que tenemos que dar ahora es decidir <strong>cu\u00e1l es la informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s relevante<\/strong> que me interesa incluir en el CV.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la informaci\u00f3n que hemos registrado en las reflexiones previas nos servir\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n para estar mejor preparados de cara a<a href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/seleccionar-talento-la-descripcion-de-puestos\/\"> <strong>las entrevistas personales,<\/strong><\/a> que analizaremos en un post m\u00e1s adelante.<\/p>\n<p>Como ya estamos familiarizados con el concepto de \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/seleccionar-talento-ii-la-entrevista-por-competencias\/\"><strong>competencias<\/strong><\/a>\u201d podemos comprobar que en este <strong>ejercicio de hacer el Curriculum Vitae<\/strong> vamos a poner en pr\u00e1ctica dos competencias: la orientaci\u00f3n a resultados y la capacidad de s\u00edntesis.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">EL CURRICULUM VITAE<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">Qu\u00e9 es y para qu\u00e9 sirve un Curriculum Vitae<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u25cb Es una <strong>presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de ti mismo\/a a tu futuro empleador.<br \/>\n\u25cb Debe ser <strong>claro, conciso,<\/strong> que refleje <strong>capacidad de s\u00edntesis.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cb Tiene que transmitir <strong>profesionalidad<\/strong>, que hable de tus resultados y que sea personalizado, que comunique \u201cc\u00f3mo eres t\u00fa\u201d.<br \/>\n\u25cb<strong> El objetivo es que resulte interesante a los ojos del \u201cseleccionador\u201d<\/strong> y que le suscite la curiosidad suficiente como para citarnos a participar en el proceso de selecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">GU\u00cdA DE C\u00d3MO HACER UN CURRICULUM VITAE<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hay que tener en cuenta siempre dos aspectos: el <strong>fondo<\/strong>, (el contenido, lo que cuentas) y la <strong>forma<\/strong>, (la est\u00e9tica, c\u00f3mo lo cuentas).<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">FONDO<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u25cb Muestra tus <strong>logros profesionales<\/strong> y los <strong>resultados<\/strong> obtenidos en tus trabajos.<br \/>\n\u25cb Resalta tus <strong>competencias y puntos fuertes,<\/strong> adecuados para el objetivo profesional que est\u00e1s buscando.<br \/>\n\u25cb Da informaci\u00f3n de cu\u00e1l ha sido tu <strong>evoluci\u00f3n y desarrollo profesional<\/strong> a lo largo de tu trayectoria.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">FORMA<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u25cb La informaci\u00f3n debe ser <strong>comprensible, f\u00e1cil de seguir y de relacionar.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cb<strong> Estructurado, ordenado, coherente<\/strong> (en fechas, funciones). No dejes huecos o saltes de fechas sin l\u00f3gica aparente. Si lo haces intenta que queden claras tus motivaciones para hacerlo, haci\u00e9ndolo comprensible para quien lo lea.<br \/>\n\u25cb <strong>Estilo cuidado:<\/strong> ortograf\u00eda correcta, frases cortas, sintaxis adecuada, claridad.<br \/>\n\u25cb Si incluyes<strong> fotograf\u00eda (recomendable)<\/strong> aseg\u00farate de que transmites una imagen profesional, cuidada, sonriente.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">C\u00f3mo crear un Curriculum Vitae destacado<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">REGLA 1<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Imagina que tu CV es como la portada de una revista. <strong>\u00bfD\u00f3nde situar\u00edas la informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante en tu Curriculum Vitae?<\/strong> En la parte superior, \u00bfverdad? All\u00ed es donde primero va a mirar el seleccionador, por tanto,<strong> elige bien los espacios<\/strong> y la <strong>informaci\u00f3n relevante<\/strong> que vas a colocar en la parte superior de la primera p\u00e1gina de tu CV. Destaca tus <strong>competencias<\/strong> y <strong>aspectos<\/strong> m\u00e1s importantes como profesional, lo que<strong> te define y aporta valor a\u00f1adido.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">REGLA 2<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>No te limites a enunciar las funciones o tareas de cada uno de los puestos que has desempe\u00f1ado, sino los <strong>logros<\/strong> conseguidos. Intenta<strong> dar cifras o mostrar indicadores<\/strong> que muestren tus <strong>competencias<\/strong>, la <strong>calidad<\/strong> de tu trabajo o las <strong>responsabilidades<\/strong> que asumiste. Esto dar\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n de tu <strong>orientaci\u00f3n a resultados<\/strong> y de cu\u00e1l es <strong>tu capacidad de superaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">REGLA 3<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dedica un <strong>espacio ordenado y l\u00f3gico a cada apartado en el Curriculum Vitae <\/strong>seg\u00fan<strong> la relevancia que tenga en tu recorrido<\/strong> profesional y de cara al <strong>objetivo profesional<\/strong> que tienes. Por ejemplo, si tu experiencia profesional es muy amplia y relacionada con tu objetivo profesional es preferible que la sit\u00faes antes que tu formaci\u00f3n. En cambio, si eres un reci\u00e9n licenciado con amplia formaci\u00f3n pero poca experiencia laboral seguramente ser\u00e1 mejor que sit\u00faes primero tu formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f48473;\">REGLA 4<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Se valora mucho <strong>la capacidad de s\u00edntesis<\/strong>. No consiste en rellenar dos hojas a toda costa, sino en <strong>elegir muy bien la informaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que vamos a incluir en el Curriculum Vitae. Aunque es algo que depende de cada pa\u00eds, es recomendable que limites tu Curriculum<strong> a una o dos hojas<\/strong>, (dependiendo normalmente de tu trayectoria profesional).
