{"id":563,"date":"2014-07-08T12:20:38","date_gmt":"2014-07-08T10:20:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/?p=563"},"modified":"2023-06-01T11:30:23","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T09:30:23","slug":"la-empresa-que-queria-salvarse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/en\/la-empresa-que-queria-salvarse\/","title":{"rendered":"La empresa que quer\u00eda salvarse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Me han parecido muy interesantes las <strong>reflexiones<\/strong> que plantea <a title=\"Web de C\u00e9sar Piqueras\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cesarpiqueras.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">C\u00e9sar Piqueras<\/a> en su libro <strong>\u201cLa empresa que quer\u00eda salvarse y no sab\u00eda c\u00f3mo<\/strong>\u201d y me gustar\u00eda compartir algunas de ellas con vosotros.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e9sar habla de <strong>ocho paradigmas<\/strong> del <strong>\u00e9xito<\/strong> en las empresas excelentes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Paradigma de la cooperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: En muchas ocasiones estamos acostumbrados en las empresas a centrarnos en los competidores, en qu\u00e9 hacen o qu\u00e9 cuota de mercado tienen&#8230; \u00bfC\u00f3mo afectar\u00eda a nuestros procesos el centrarnos en los <strong>clientes<\/strong> y en la <strong>sociedad<\/strong>? Algunas veces se est\u00e1 m\u00e1s ocupado en competir incluso con otros departamentos de la empresa, en vez de tomar conciencia de que \u201cestamos en el mismo barco\u201d. \u00bfQu\u00e9 implicar\u00eda en nuestra empresa o equipo trabajar con mayor <strong>cooperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>? \u00bfQu\u00e9 cosas deber\u00edamos hacer de forma diferente?<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Paradigma de centrarse en el proceso<\/strong>: \u00bfQu\u00e9 es m\u00e1s importante en la empresa, el proceso o el resultado? \u00bfRecordamos alguna ocasi\u00f3n en la que el equipo ha trabajado de forma brillante, ha <strong>fluido<\/strong> en el <strong>proceso<\/strong>, aunque no se haya conseguido el resultado planeado? \u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido nuestra actitud como l\u00edderes? \u00bfQu\u00e9 consecuencias ha tenido?<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Paradigma del cambio<\/strong>: \u00bfQu\u00e9 seguridad tenemos de que las variables actuales no van a cambiar? \u00bfCon qu\u00e9 frecuencia se producen esos <strong>cambios<\/strong> en el entorno en el que nos movemos? \u00bfCon qu\u00e9 frecuencia cambiamos procesos, procedimientos o acciones en nuestra empresa? \u00bfSomos capaces no s\u00f3lo de adaptarnos a esos cambios, sino de <strong>anticiparnos <\/strong>a ellos?<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Paradigma de la aceptaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> \u00bfC\u00f3mo escucho a los miembros de mi equipo? \u00bfQu\u00e9 hago para escuchar de forma <strong>emp\u00e1tica <\/strong>y ponerme <strong>en el lugar del otro<\/strong>? \u00bfC\u00f3mo consigo no enjuiciar cuando escucho, sino prestarle toda mi atenci\u00f3n e intentar comprenderle?<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Paradigma del Ser<\/strong>: \u00bfC\u00f3mo <strong>integro<\/strong> las <strong>dimensiones<\/strong> de mente, cuerpo, emoci\u00f3n y esp\u00edritu? \u00bfC\u00f3mo incentivo a los miembros de mi equipo para que ellos consigan <strong>equilibrar<\/strong> estas dimensiones?<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Paradigma del servicio<\/strong>: \u00bfC\u00f3mo practico la <strong>generosidad<\/strong> y la <strong>humildad<\/strong> con mis colaboradores? \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 demuestro mi capacidad de <strong>servicio <\/strong>hacia ellos?<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Paradigma de la invocaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, (en contraposici\u00f3n al de la imposici\u00f3n): \u00bfQu\u00e9 <strong>ejemplo<\/strong> doy a mis colaboradores? \u00bfC\u00f3mo de <strong>coherente<\/strong> es mi forma de actuar con mis palabras?<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.Paradigma sist\u00e9mico,<\/strong> (visi\u00f3n de conjunto, global): \u00bfC\u00f3mo aprovecho la <strong>sinergia<\/strong> del <strong>conjunto<\/strong>? \u00bfC\u00f3mo descubro los <strong>diferentes roles<\/strong> de las personas de mi equipo, c\u00f3mo se <strong>complementan<\/strong> y c\u00f3mo pueden trabajar de forma m\u00e1s eficiente?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Me han parecido muy interesantes las reflexiones que plantea C\u00e9sar Piqueras en su libro \u201cLa empresa que quer\u00eda salvarse y no sab\u00eda c\u00f3mo\u201d y me gustar\u00eda compartir algunas de ellas con vosotros.
