Entrepreneurship competence<\/strong> refers to the ability to identify opportunities, generate innovative ideas, take calculated risks, and carry out projects that allow you to create new businesses or promote organizational growth<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

On the other hand, intrapreneurship <\/strong>is the development of this same entrepreneurial attitude but within an already established organization<\/strong>, where employees act as internal entrepreneurs to innovate and improve processes, products or services.<\/p>\n\n

What is entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Entrepreneurship<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

This competence tells us about the person’s ability to create and develop a new company or business project from scratch, involving the identification of opportunities, planning, financing and operation.<\/p>\n\n

Intrapreneurship<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

It consists of fostering an entrepreneurial mindset within the company, where employees can develop innovative initiatives with the support and resources of the organization.<\/p>\n\n

It is a skill that is in high demand today in organizations and also in the business context in general, where many collaborative projects and networks of entrepreneurs are carried out, making it increasingly necessary to develop this skill.<\/p>\n\n

It is closely related to other skills seen above, such as initiative<\/strong>, innovation<\/strong>, creativity<\/strong> and results-orientation<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n\n

HOW CAN I DEVELOP MY ENTREPRENEURSHIP\/INTRAPRENEURSHIP?<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

I propose that you reflect on the following aspects and define your action plan in the near future for some of them:<\/p>\n\n

1. Foster an innovative culture<\/h3>\n\n

Promote an environment in your team or in your environment in which creativity, experimentation and calculated risk-taking are valued, where people feel confident to propose ideas and try new solutions.<\/p>\n\n

2. Invest in training<\/h3>\n\n

Look for training programs in entrepreneurial skills and project management to enhance your leadership, strategic thinking, and resilience skills.<\/p>\n\n

3. Go to spaces and use resources to innovate <\/h3>\n\n

Participate in think tanks, incubators or internal acceleration programs that facilitate experimentation and the development of intrapreneurial projects.<\/p>\n\n

4. Offer recognition and rewards<\/h3>\n\n

Establish an incentive system in your team that rewards and values initiative, effort and innovative results to motivate your employees.<\/p>\n\n

5. Create internal and\/or external collaborative networks<\/h3>\n\n

It stimulates teamwork<\/a>, communication and the exchange of ideas between departments and\/or with other teams to enrich innovative proposals.<\/p>\n\n

Developing entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship skills contributes to the adaptability, innovation and sustainable growth of your company and\/or project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Positioning it better in changing and competitive markets.<\/p>\n\n
