{"id":779,"date":"2014-09-30T09:00:08","date_gmt":"2014-09-30T07:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/?p=779"},"modified":"2023-06-01T11:30:19","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T09:30:19","slug":"las-herramientas-del-coaching","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/en\/las-herramientas-del-coaching\/","title":{"rendered":"Las herramientas del coaching"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las <strong>claves fundamentales<\/strong> para el buen desarrollo de un <a title=\"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es y qu\u00e9 no es el coaching?\" href=\"https:\/\/noeliabermudez.com\/2014\/05\/que-es-y-que-no-es-el-coaching\/\">proceso de coaching<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Generar un clima de confianza<\/strong>, que exista lo que se denomina <strong>rapport,<\/strong> (sinton\u00eda psicol\u00f3gia y emocional). \u00c9sa es una de las tareas b\u00e1sicas del coach, conseguir ese <strong>ambiente de cooperaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que facilite la comunicaci\u00f3n y la seguridad. Para ello es importante que el coach garantice en todo momento al coachee la <strong>confidencialidad<\/strong> y que escuche <strong>emp\u00e1ticamente<\/strong>, sin enjuiciar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Estar presente, en el \u201caqu\u00ed y ahora\u201d<\/strong>. El coach debe estar totalmente <strong>centrado<\/strong> en el coachee, en la conversaci\u00f3n, en entender su <strong>\u201cmapa mental\u201d<\/strong>, c\u00f3mo piensa y, sobre todo, c\u00f3mo siente. El coach act\u00faa como un \u201c<strong>espejo<\/strong>\u201d del coachee reflejando sus emociones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Confiar en la capacidad del coachee<\/strong>, el coach sabe que el coachee es <strong>capaz<\/strong> de encontrar por s\u00ed mismo la soluci\u00f3n a sus problemas. Sabe que \u00e9l no va a darle las claves para solucionarlos, sino que va a <strong>acompa\u00f1arle<\/strong> en el descubrimiento de esas soluciones, sabe que es competente y que puede lograrlo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Cuestionar las creencias y pensamientos que limitan <\/strong>la potencialidad del coachee, desde la utilidad que tienen para \u00e9l. El coach utilizar\u00e1 las<strong> preguntas poderosas<\/strong>, que invitan a la reflexi\u00f3n, al auto-an\u00e1lisis por parte del coachee, as\u00ed como los silencios para acompasar la comunicaci\u00f3n con esa <strong>reflexi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Focalizarse en el proceso,<\/strong> el coach no se centra en el problema, sino en c\u00f3mo lo est\u00e1 resolviendo el coachee, es decir, en la estructura mental para afrontarlo, creencias, principios, etc).<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Facilitar el cambio,<\/strong> acompa\u00f1ar al coachee en la nueva perspectiva, en ese aprendizaje de nuevas creencias y acciones que le permitan alcanzar sus metas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Pedir permiso y hacer propuestas,<\/strong> ya que el coachee es en todo momento el <strong>protagonista<\/strong> del proceso y el que decide lo que quiere hacer y c\u00f3mo, es el coachee quien decide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Retar al coachee a emprender<\/strong> planes de acci\u00f3n que le muevan a conseguir sus metas, a salir de su &#8220;zona de confort&#8221; y a ponerse en marcha para alcanzar sus objetivos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Acordar compromisos,<\/strong> que el coachee quiera realizar, implic\u00e1ndose, en primer lugar consigo mismo, y adem\u00e1s, con el coach, que realizar\u00e1 el seguimiento de esas acciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.
