Este concepto que se est\u00e1 escuchando con tanta frecuencia \u00faltimamente significa sencillamente <strong>\u201catenci\u00f3n plena\u201d<\/strong>, es decir, <strong>tomar conciencia de la experiencia presente<\/strong>, con aceptaci\u00f3n. Se ha demostrado que este \u201cdarse cuenta\u201d es un factor clave en la curaci\u00f3n emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Es decir, el desarrollar una <strong>actitud de aceptaci\u00f3n<\/strong> hacia las emociones que experimentamos, (miedo, ira, tristeza, alegr\u00eda, alivio, aburrimiento, amor) y el transferirlo a nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda nos hace estar mejor. La atenci\u00f3n plena tiende a centrarse en la experiencia de una persona, habitualmente una sensaci\u00f3n, un pensamiento o un sentimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Para tomar contacto con este concepto me gustar\u00eda recomendar el libro de <a title=\"Christopher Germer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mindfulselfcompassion.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Christopher Germer<\/a>, \u201cEl poder del mindfulness\u201d, del cual destacar\u00eda algunas <strong>ideas principales<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>base<\/strong> del mindfulness consiste en establecer, a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>,<strong> una nueva relaci\u00f3n con el dolor y el placer<\/strong>. Podemos aprender a estar en calma en medio del dolor y podemos dejar que el placer llegue y luego desaparezca de forma natural. Esto es la <strong>serenidad<\/strong>. Podemos incluso aprender a abrazar tanto el dolor como el placer, viviendo de ese modo cada momento plenamente. Eso es la <strong>alegr\u00eda<\/strong>. Aprender c\u00f3mo pasar alg\u00fan tiempo con dolor es esencial para alcanzar la felicidad personal.<\/p>\n<p>El dolor es inevitable; el sufrimiento es opcional. Parece que cuanto m\u00e1s intenso es el dolor emocional, m\u00e1s sufrimos obsesion\u00e1ndonos, culp\u00e1ndonos y sintiendo nuestras limitaciones. Pero la buena noticia es que podemos hacer algo con ello, podemos aprender a aceptar ese dolor para poderlo \u201csoltar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La atenci\u00f3n plena es<strong> consciencia momento a momento<\/strong>. Es saber lo que est\u00e1s experimentando mientras lo experimentas. Es prestar atenci\u00f3n a la corriente de nuestras percepciones y no a nuestra interpretaci\u00f3n de ellas. Eso hace que cada momento sea fresco y vivo y estemos <strong>atentos a nuestros sentidos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La atenci\u00f3n plena es saber <strong>d\u00f3nde est\u00e1 nuestra mente<\/strong> en cada momento y <strong>dirigir nuestra atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> de manera h\u00e1bil.<br \/>\nPara ello la mente necesita un <strong>ancla<\/strong>. El ancla m\u00e1s com\u00fan para recuperar la atenci\u00f3n y tomar consciencia del momento presente es la <strong>respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante tambi\u00e9n el <strong>\u201csaborear\u201d<\/strong>, referido a la capacidad de atender a las <strong>experiencias positivas<\/strong> en la propia vida, apreciarlas e incrementarlas. Saborear es amabilidad con uno mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es importante descubrir cu\u00e1les son nuestros <strong>valores y compromisos<\/strong> fundamentales.
